Why Pathway exists

Maria created Pathway after making her own move to Cascais. Like many future expats, she found useful specialists and generous communities, but no single place that connected the pieces into a calm, understandable journey.
Her background spans more than 25 years in management consulting, leadership development and complex transitions. Pathway applies that experience to relocation: helping people identify what matters, put decisions in the right order and move forward with greater clarity.
